The defenses first witness today is Dr. John Black, he claims to be an expert when it comes to analyzing video evidence for police use of force. He estimates the first four shots fired, the ones that killed Joseph Rosenbaum happened in less than three quarters of a second.
Dr. John Blacks testimony caused tension between the prosecution and the defense, the prosecution says the testimony is going outside of the range that was approved by the judge.
